SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We ship all over India through reputed courier partners.

Shipping to international destinations outside India is not supported.

Shipping is free for all items.

 

Delivery Partners

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.

For shipping to destinations within India, we primarily work reputed partners with a nationwide network.

 

 Return Policy

 These items are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/ wellness/ consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. Please write to us at support@pyoura.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the order id and pictures of the product. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/ replacement.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order is possible only if the order has not been shipped. To cancel your order, send us an email to support@pyoura.com  with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
